Important informations! Use your GLOBAL credit card consciously. GLOBAL cashback: Table in effect from 06/01/2019. The conditions and rules mentioned above may be changed by Banco GLOBAL, at its sole discretion. See the conditions and rules in force in the Banco GLOBAL Points Program Regulation, available in Important Documents. The Simulation for the mentioned period considers: (a) the amount chosen for a monthly, continuous and regular expense, with the use of the selected GLOBAL credit card, less transactions that do not score, and (b) the effective fulfillment by the participant of all the rules of the Banco GLOBAL Points Program Regulation, available in Important Documents.

For purchases on credit

Customers who have a Credit Card can redeem at:

Credit on the card bill In the app, go to Points Program Credit on the Card bill and choose how many points you want to redeem.

Once there demption is confirmed, the points will be credited to your credit card statement within 3 business days.

Pay purchase with points Make a purchase with your credit card, then enter the application, go to Points Program> Pay Purchase with Points and inform the amount of the purchase you just made with your card.

Once there demption is confirmed, you will receive credit for the points on the current invoice, discounting the amount of the purchase made.

For debit purchases

Customers who only have a Debit Card:
In the app,go to Points Program Redeem in current account and choose how many points you want to redeem. When the redemption is requested, it will be pending on your points statement, and the credits will be automatically posted to your checking account as you make new purchases with your debit card. Understand better:
Example 1 - Your edeem 40 points, which will be pending as "balance to be released"
2 - When you make a purchase of R $ 25.00 with a debit card 3 - The following day, 25.00 points of the balance to be released will be credited to your checking account, discounting the amount of the transaction carried out.4 - You will continue with 15 balance points to be released for future purchases Example 21 - Your edeem 40 points, which will be pending as "balance to be released"2 - When you make a purchase of R $ 100.00 with a debit card
3 - The following day, 40.00 points of the balance to be released will be credited to your checking account, deducting part of the amount of the transaction carried out
